FAQ

  • We have a $250 order minimum.   This allows us to offer customized delivery and a dedicated approach to every event.

  • All of the prices on our site include rental prices only.  Pricing in your cart will include the setup fee within 60 feet of the truck, with no obstacles (such as stairs or elevators).  If you wish to forego setup or have special requests such as after hours, or special delivery times,  please call our team for a customized quote.

  • We deliver within 85 miles of Baton Rouge including Denham Springs, Prairieville, Central, Zachary, Gonzales, Walker, and Port Allen. We continue to serve many weddings in the New Orleans, Lafayette, and Northshore areas.

    Delivery fees are mileage based, begin at $55, and include delivery and pickup within 60 feet of the truck.

     Please note delivery fees do not include elevators, stairs, or obstacles.   Please call for pricing on special deliveries or extended delivery options outside of our normal delivery area.

  • Most of our deliveries are completed the business day of or prior to your event, during normal business hours. Scheduled deliveries, weekend deliveries, or after hours may be accommodated with an additional fee.  If any of these apply, please call to discuss your specific delivery needs.  

    When booking online, ensure the rental period includes the day you prefer your items delivered , not simply the event date.  We will schedule your delivery on or before your selected rental period.

  • We do allow our items to be picked up. However,  due to the size and complexities of transportation of most deliveries, it is advised that we deliver the items for you.  

    If you desire to pickup, it must be scheduled with our team and all items must be secured in enclosed transportation. Damage during transportation is not covered by the damage waiver fee.

  • We do require Damage Waivers for all customers. Damage Waivers protect you from damages incurred during your rental.  They do not cover intentional damage, negligence, missing or stolen items. A 5.5% Non Refundable Fee is automatically applied to all rentals at checkout to cover the Damage Waiver Fee.    This will ensure a stress free rental experience. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to the damage waiver fee.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate your request.
